+How to Prep before your appointment: Preparation Requirements: Arrive with hair detangled from root to end for the best results.
A fee will be added if hair requires additional prep.
(Hair Products .....Do not use any oils in your hair on the day of your appointment, and avoid trimming before your service.)
+++Please Make sure you book the correct hairstyle, changes cannot be made on the day of the appointment.
+Late Arrival Policy: Arriving 15 minutes late will incur a fee. If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.
+Arrive with a great attitude!
+Cancellations: You must cancel through the Website!!!! at least 48 hours before your appointment to apply your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations within 24 hours will require a new deposit to rebook.
+Rescheduling: Use the link in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
+++++No Call No Shows = Can only Reschedule once with additional deposit.+++++
