Email me at INFO@SaidaMcKenzieandCo.com Address and suite number will be sent to you in the email reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment. +Deposit is always required at time of booking appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and go towards service being rendered. The remaining balance must be paid by cash or card on the day of your appointment. ​ +Please avoid scheduling on the day of an event!!!!  ​ +How to Prep before your appointment: Preparation Requirements: Arrive with hair detangled from root to end for the best results. A  fee will be added if hair requires additional prep. (Hair Products .....Do not use any oils in your hair on the day of your appointment, and avoid trimming before your service.) ​ +++Please Make sure you book the correct hairstyle, changes cannot be made on the day of the appointment. ​ +Late Arrival Policy: Arriving 15 minutes late will incur a  fee. If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. +Arrive with a great attitude! +Cancellations: You must cancel through the Website!!!! at least 48 hours before your appointment to apply your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations within 24 hours will require a new deposit to rebook.
